Between 21 and 25 January 2019, Special Secondary School no.1 for deaf in Bucharest was the host of a project belonging to the Erasmus + mobility program. This event was attended by students and teachers from deaf special schools from Germany, Poland, Greece, Slovenia and Romania and I was present as a sign language interpreter for all those involved in this project. The main theme of the project named “Breaking the Silence” was the pantomime theater, and in addition to that, various workshops, communication sessions and cultural and educational events. Many thanks to the organizers for their involvement and for inviting me, and I hope we will collaborate again in the future for such projects.
